Not true, i just tested it. Machariel with 4 heavy drones ( Republic Fleet Berserker ) and only frigs + cruisers on field. My drones were aggroed instantly so ccp please check your patch, heavy drones should only get aggro from BS's.  Read patchnotes veeery carefully again. Visual aid: Quote: Elite frigates and cruisers NPCs will go for small drones and above.
Frigates and Cruisers NPCs will go for medium drones and above.
Hope that clears up any misunderstanding.

Yes, well that's the thing isn't it, when large amounts of NPC small fries appear the drone-based boats have a bit of trouble using what they're based on.

What could they do to improve mining?
Bigger hold so you can play less?
More EHP so you can not worry about gankers?
More mass so you can't be bumped?
